MANDATORY
All teams must enter their rosters complete with bench personnel into the tournament’s TGS online scheduling system (click here for help) no later than Monday, January 30, 2023, 5 p.m. MST. The minimum required information is name, date of birth, and jersey number. Rosters will be frozen at this time and game cards will be printed from these rosters; be sure that this roster and the roster you present prior to your first game are identical. There will be NO write-in players at check-in prior to your first game. Click here to see all requirements.
PLAYER AGE AND ELIGIBILITY
Under no circumstances will a player be allowed to participate who has not been certified by the Desert Classic Tournament Credentials Committee.
AGE DETERMINATION
The player’s playing age is determined by the following guidelines for 2022-2023.

*Each team will be allowed to have guest players who are properly registered through their National and State Association, Federation, or any other USSF-affiliated organization. Guest players must have permission to participate/travel from their National and State Association, Federation, or any other USSF-affiliated organization. Players within your own club are considered club pass players and are not considered guest players. Guest players are players from outside of your club. Note for USYS teams: Teams that are borrowing players who are registered with state associations other than their own must obtain Interstate Clearance for those players. The Interstate Clearance form (click here) must be signed by both state associations starting with the state association of the guest player. Please allow sufficient time for both associations to sign this form.
Players may NOT play for more than one team in the tournament.
